CITY OF ELK RIVER: The Elk River City Council met for their regular meeting on Monday, November 21.
On the Consent Agenda, they approved resolutions to levy special assessments for unpaid garbage, sewer and storm water utility services on behalf of the city and levied special assessments for unpaid water and electric utility services on behalf of Elk River Municipal Utilities.

The Consent Agenda includes two address changes, an ARPA Fund transfer to the Multipurpose Facility Fund, resolutions to levy assessments for delinquent utility services, final approval of the Capital Improvement Plan purchase of a replacement park maintenance tractor and equipment and the hiring of police officers Bailey Roscoe and Patrick Bendel.
