City Of Elk River recently issued the following announcement.
The Elk River City Council will hold their next meeting on Monday, September 19.
Mayor Dietz will recognize and present our September Volunteer of the Month recipient. The City Council will proclaim the week of September 17 through 23, 2022, as Constitution Week. The agenda includes the action to consider an On-Sale 3.2% License with strong beer permission and a Wine License to The Confluence LLC/doing business as Edge Bar and Boutique.
There will be public hearings for; 1) the Preliminary and Final Plat of Olson Acres at 14288 212th Avenue; 2) a Conditional Use Permit by Greenscape Companies, 11684 219th Avenue, to allow a digital sign to exceed 30 sq. ft.; 3) and a Conditional Use Permit to consider a beauty salon as a home occupation at 329 Morton Avenue.
