City of Cold Spring issued the following announcement on Dec. 20.
We congratulate the 2020 EDA Development Award recipients! Ray and JoAnn Schreiner of Ray’s Construction were awarded the Economic Development Award for the housing development that they have brought to the City of Cold Spring and surrounding area over the years. Tom Kraemer and the Kraemer Family were awarded the Community Development Award for their vision and execution of the splash pad project in Alexander Park. We thank our recipients for being active in our community and for their life-long commitment to improve the livability of Cold Spring!
