City of Big Lake issued the following announcement on Dec. 12.
A private Developer has commenced construction on the corner of 205th Avenue and 172nd Street. When complete, Sandhill Villas will consist of 12 detached townhomes! For the past three years, Big Lake has experienced robust housing development due to rate of growth and demand for housing options. Be sure to tune in for Hot Topic Tuesday happening tomorrow evening at 7 p.m. on the City’s Facebook page. City Administrator, Clay Wilfahrt, and I will be discussing housing in Big Lake and will be answering questions from viewers!
