City of Paynesville issued the following announcement on Dec. 6.
Great River Regional Library is pleased to partner with the City of Paynesville in providing reading, literacy and information resources to your community.
Due to a recent evaluation the open hours in the Paynesville Public Library, we have adjustments effective January 1, 2021. We are confident that this adjustment best aligns with the needs and schedules of the library users in Paynesville.
Here is an overview of the current schedule and the new schedule.
Current Schedule New Schedule
Monday 2 – 8 p.m. 1 – 7 p.m.
Tuesday 2 – 6 p.m. 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Wednesday 10 a.m. – 6 p.m. 1 – 7 p.m.
Thursday 2 – 6 p.m. 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Friday 2 – 8 p.m. 1 – 7 p.m.
Saturday 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
We are in the process of advertising this change through various outlets to ensure complete communications and good service to your community.
