City of Avon issued the following announcement on Nov. 27.
The Avon City Council will hold a public hearing on Monday, December 7th, 2020 at 6:30 pm at Avon City Hall, 140 Stratford Street East, Avon, Minnesota to consider Reassignment of Payment of Special Assessments for Avon Estates Parcels Participating in the TIF Program and Creating the Obligation for TIF District No. 1-4.
The City Council will take public comment on this issue from members of the public in attendance. Written comments will also be accepted st the City Clerk’s Office at Avon City Hall during Normal business hours.
