City of Holdingford issued the following announcement on July 1.

On July 9th, 2020 from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm, Art in Motion on the Lake Wobegon Trail will be hosting a youth Improv theater workshop for individuals 12 to 15 years of age facilitated by Keegan Konsor and Ruby Saltzman. This workshop will emphasize basic improv theater techniques and prepare participants for a short Improv performance for parents and the community. Improv, short for Improvisation, is a fun activity that encourages confidence, wit, collaboration, and growth mindset, all of which are valuable lifelong communication skills. This workshop will begin at 10:30 am. Lunch will be provided for participants by BOHO Cafe at 11:30 am. At 12:15 pm the Improvisers will give a short performance of their new skills for friends and family.
This program will take place on the campus of Art in Motion on the Lake Wobegon Trail, 1400 4th Street, Holdingford, MN 56340.

COVID Precautions: Improv classes will be conducted with social distancing practices in place. Weather permitting the workshop will take place outside on the Large Art in Motion Campus. Masks are encouraged to be worn at this event and will be provided for those who need one.
