City of Paynesville issued the following announcement on June 6 .
The gas line incident has been resolved. Roads are being opened up. If you were in the evacuation area, you are able to return to your business or residence.
Center Point Energy ask that you avoid the alley behind the library as they continue to fix the affected gas line.
