City Of Melrose issued the following announcement on May 22.
City Center is now open! Check out the signs posted on the front door and reception counter. Help us stop the spread of COVID-19. If you are not comfortable coming to the City Center, you can do your business in the City:
1. Pay by phone. We can take your phone payments for utility billing, basic construction permits, ambulance, and etc.
2. PSN: you can pay directly from our website www.cityofmelrose.com (right side of the page)
3. For your convenience, we have added a second mailbox next to the east entrance of the entrance that will accommodate payments and requests for construction permits. The mailbox of the building is also open.
4. You can also pay by mail
As always, our biggest concern is the health and safety of residents and our employees, and we are taking appropriate precautions to ensure that our municipal buildings are safe places.
