City of Avon issued the following announcement on April 17.
Spring Community Garage Sales Cancelled. The Avon Chamber board has been closely monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak and due to current recommendations from the Minnesota Governor we have made the decision to cancel the community wide garage sales this year.
