St. Cloud State University issued the following announcement on April 13.
Jesse Groettum, a 2018 mass communications and political science grad, is helping with COVID-19 efforts in North Dakota during the pandemic through his job for the state's Joint Information Center.
Groettum’s duties include pulling together various public health information and talking points to be delivered to state government officials and the general public, while making sure the state has a clear and consistent message.
