City of Paynesville issued the following announcement on April 9.
An Ad Hoc Committee was created by the Paynesville City Council to explore options for expanding and improving our current library. Since the library is used by the residents of Paynesville and the surrounding townships, we are looking to the people to best understand their needs. Please take a couple minutes to complete this survey about library location and usage. Your feedback is greatly appreciated.
