City of Paynesville issued the following announcement on March 17
We will continue to keep everyone informed as things develop with COVID-19. Our mayor, Jeff Thompson, and Emergency Management Director, Thomas Fread, have put together a video on the current situation in Paynesville as of 3-18-20.
We will continue to monitor the situation. In the meantime, please help stop the spread by practicing good habits. If you do feel sick, stay home and/or seek medical advice.
