City of Avon issued the following announcement on Dec. 18.
Registration fee of $10.00 per address. Deadline to submit & turn in forms is April 22nd. Forms can be turned into Central Minnesota Credit Union, Avon Branch or American Heritage National Bank, Avon Branch.
