City of Belgrade issued the following announcement on Dec. 10.
The City of Belgrade will not be responsible for water line freeze-ups.
If you have had problems with freeze-ups in the past, please monitor your water temperature.
If it reaches 36 degrees, you should let your faucet run slowly, about the width of a pencil point, to prevent freezing.
