City of Paynesville issued the following announcement on Nov. 26.
Winter Parking regulations are in effect. It is illegal to park on any residential street between 1:00am and 6:00am on any day between November 15th and March 15th. The Police Department will enforce this parking ban. Vehicles or trailers parked illegally will be ticketed or towed in the case of snow.
