Friday, May 2: Paynesville Area Secondary School standout Eli Nelson’s college team loses to Sioux Falls Cougars

On Friday, May 2, former Paynesville Area Secondary School standout Eli Nelson’s current college team, the Concordia Golden Bears, lost 12-4 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Sioux Falls Cougars.

The game took place at Sioux Falls Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Cougars this season.

The Golden Bears’ next game is scheduled for Friday, May 2 at 4:30 p.m. at Sioux Falls Stadium against Sioux Falls Cougars.
