On Sunday, Feb. 23, former Big Lake High School standout Emmy Bowne’s current college team, the Concordia Golden Bears, lost 2-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Emporia State Hornets.

The game took place at Gahnstrom Field. This was their first matchup against the Hornets this season.

The Golden Bears’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 23 at 5:25 p.m. at Gahnstrom Field against Central Oklahoma Bronchos.
