Friday, April 18: Paynesville Area Secondary School standout Eli Nelson’s college team loses to Augustana Vikings

On Friday, April 18, former Paynesville Area Secondary School standout Eli Nelson’s current college team, the Concordia Golden Bears, lost 12-6 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Augustana Vikings.

The game took place at Barnes Field. This was their second matchup against the Vikings this season.

The Golden Bears’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 19 at 12 p.m. at Barnes Field against Augustana Vikings.
