On Saturday, Feb. 8, former Apollo Senior High School standout Sam Holthaus’ current college team, the Nova Southeastern Sharks, lost 13-7 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the West Alabama Tigers.

The game took place at NSU Baseball Complex. This was their second matchup against the Tigers this season.

The Sharks’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 9 at 1 p.m. at NSU Baseball Complex against Washburn Ichabods.
