The Sherburne County MN Government Health and Human Services Community Outreach Program is coming every third Wednesday of the month to Big Lake City Hall from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
No appointment is necessary and services are free including:
• Food and Case Support
• Evictions
• Disconnects
• Housing
• Child Care Assistance
• Health Care Assistance
• Social Service Programs Including Mental Health, Disability, Aging, and Parenting
Note:
That in the winter they will be set up inside the Senior Activity Center at City Hall and in the summer they will feature their Wellness Bus in the South parking lot of City Hall.
