City Of Elk River recently issued the following announcement.
The City Council will be holding their next meeting on Monday, May 16 at 6:00 p.m. On the agenda, several public hearings including a request from ERX to amend their conditional use permit to expand their track, construct a roof viewing area and install a digital billboard. Another public hearing will request an ordinance amendment to clearly outline how many chickens are allowed on properties 5 acres or larger.
