County Of Stearns recently issued the following announcement.
They brought out the shovels and then gathered to celebrate at the Roadside Tavern in Roscoe for today’s groundbreaking on the Highway 23 expansion project. The much anticipated 9-mile project will create a 4-lane highway from Richmond to Paynesville.
County Commissioners Joe Perske, Jeff Mergen and Steve Notch took part in the groundbreaking ceremony along with other elected officials and community leaders.
