City of Paynesville issued the following announcement on Nov. 13.
Between November 15 and March 15, it is unlawful for any person to park or leave standing a vehicle on any street within the city during a declared emergency or during the snow removal period between the hours of 1:00 a.am and 6:00 a.m. First offence will result in a $10.00 ticket. Second offense is $15.00, third offense is $25.00.
