City of Paynesville issued the following announcement on Sept. 5.
MNDOT is selling buildings for removal in Paynesville and Richmond along Highway 23. Building will be sold by sealed bid. There is a packet with more information on each property at City Hall that interested parties can request to look at.
All bids MUST be received in Central Office – Becky Swenson, 395 John Ireland Blvd, St Paul, MN 55155 by 1:45 PM on Feburary 2, 2021 at the first floor reception desk to be considered.
