City of Paynesville issued the following announcement on Aug. 28.
It's that time of year again. Pet licenses are due by the end of September. All dogs and cats over 4 months old in city limits must be licensed. 2021 pet licenses can be purchased at City Hall during normal business hours. You must provide your pet's current rabies certificate. $15 for spayed/neutered pets, $25 for non-spayed/neutered pets.
