City of Becker issued the following announcement on May 11
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received at the office of the City Administrator until May 27, 2020 at 10:00 am and that bid proposals will be opened publicly by the City Administrator after the hour set for receiving bids.
Tax parcel 60-474-0420 (approximately 0.36 acres) and further described as:
Lot 4, Block 4, Autumn Ridge Second Addition, Sherburne County

Call 763-200-4239 to obtain a hard copy of the Bid Packet (cost for a hardcopy is $5.50).
Bids shall be delivered to: City Administrator’s Office 12060 Sherburne Ave, Becker, MN 55308 no later than May 27, 2020 at 10:00 am.
Bids must be accompanied by cashier’s check or money order, payable to the City of Becker; as a proposal guarantee for $1,000.00. The bid security for unsuccessful bids will be returned to each respective bidder.
No bidder may withdraw their bid (which shall include a cashiers or certified check) within 15 days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids.
The City Council will consider award of the bid at the June 4, 2020 scheduled meeting at 5:00 pm, City of Becker Council Chambers, 12060 Sherburne Ave, Becker, MN 55308. The award is contingent upon City review and the City Council reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
