City of Becker issued the following announcement on April 30.
The City of Becker has made the difficult decision to cancel Freedom Days 2020. We have always held the safety of event patrons, volunteers, city staff and our community as a top priority. Based on the challenges brought on by COVID-19, we feel that cancelling the event is the socially and fiscally responsible move at this time. We want to thank all participants, volunteers and sponsors for the continued support. We will see you all next year!
