County Of Stearns issued the following announcement on Apr. 26.

The Stearns County Sheriff’s Office will host Youth Safety Camps again this summer. There will be four camps held at four different locations throughout the County to allow more children to participate. There will be speakers from the Sheriff’s Office, local fire department, DNR, Mayo Ambulance, and LifeLink helicopter. 

Kids will learn about boat safety, fire safety, nature and wildlife, and play games and see demos from the Sheriff’s Office K-9 team, drone team, and horse patrol.
