County Of Stearns rcently issued the following announcement.

Clarification around the postcard received by residents in mail ballot precincts. The polling place listed on the postcard was for local elections. For statewide elections, those who want to vote in person can do so at the Stearns County Service Center 7 am–8 pm Aug 9. Ballots for the Primary have been mailed to all registered voters in mail ballot municipalities. They must be returned by Election Day! You can either mail it or drop it off in a secure drop box at the Stearns County Service Ctr. 

The drop box is available 24/7 through Monday, Aug 8. Ballot drop-off is also available during regular business hours at Melrose City Hall through Monday Aug 8.
