Earlier this winter, Councilmember Kevin Kluesner (left) and Public Works employee Mike Johnson (MJ) took to the streets of St. Joseph after one of the many snow events.
Councilmember Kluesner was able to experience snow plowing from a whole new view and rumor has it that he was a pretty good wingman!
