City Of Melrose issued the following announcement on Feb. 18. 

*Utility Billing Clerk*The City of Melrose, MN is accepting applications for a full-time Utility Billing Clerk. This position performs utility billing and administrative work in the billing of utilities and is the point of contact for the Bright Energy Solutions program. 

Desired qualifications include one-year certification from college or technical school in related field and two years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Applicant should have general knowledge of utility billing, regulations and laws pertaining to collection, proficiency in the use of computers and applicable software programs, and good organization and file maintenance skills. Salary Range DOQ: $24.05 – $28.63 per hour.

The first review of applications will begin on March 8, 2023. The position is open until filled.
