Albany Area High School issued the following announcement on Aug. 20.

It’s time to start thinking about registering for fall Community Education classes! Here are a few of the classes that are starting soon:

Crazy Cake Pops! – Tue Aug 23

Cardio Drumming – Wed Sep 7-Oct 12

***Grades 7-8 Girls Soccer – Mon, Tue, Thu Sep 8-Oct 13

***Grades 7-8 Boys Soccer – Mon, Tue, Thu Sep 8-Oct 13

***6th Grade Soccer Camp – Tue, Thu Sep 13-Oct 11

***Jersey order deadline for these courses is Monday, August 22nd.

Schools within Benton County registered a failure rate of 62.5% in the science portion of the MCA in the 2023-24 school year.
